Creator Content License

This is the agreement you accept when you tick “Content usage rights” while joining the Vitalis AI Affiliate Program. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, and it covers one thing only: what we may do with content you make about Vitalis AI.

The short version

You keep your content. We may reuse the parts of it that feature Vitalis AI, both as organic posts and as paid advertising. You can stop making new content whenever you like.

1. What the license covers

Covered Content means any video, image, audio, caption, review, or written post you create or publish that features, mentions, demonstrates, or promotes Vitalis AI, including anything you submit to us directly and anything you post publicly using your affiliate link or a Vitalis AI hashtag or handle.

It does not cover anything else you make. Content that has nothing to do with Vitalis AI is outside this agreement entirely, and nothing here gives us a claim to your wider body of work.

2. What you grant us

You grant Vitalis AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, trim, caption, translate, excerpt, publish, distribute, and publicly display the Covered Content, in whole or in part, for marketing and promotional purposes. Specifically, this includes the right to:

  • Run it as paid advertising on any platform, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, LinkedIn, and any platform we advertise on later.
  • Post it organically on our own accounts, our website, our landing pages, and in emails, decks, and case studies.
  • Edit it for format,which in practice means cutting it to length, reframing it for a placement’s aspect ratio, adding captions or our logo, and combining it with other footage.

You also grant us the right to use your name, handle, likeness, and voice as they appear in the Covered Content, for the same purposes.

3. How long it lasts

The license is perpetual and irrevocable for content covered while you are an affiliate. That is deliberate, and it is worth understanding before you agree: an ad that performs well may keep running, and we cannot un-spend the budget behind an ad we were later told to pull.

Leaving the program stops the license from attaching to anything new — we get no rights to content you make afterwards. It does not retract the license on content already covered.

If you would rather grant a fixed term instead, email support@govitalisai.com before you sign up and we will discuss it. Some creators negotiate a 60-day usage window with renewal, and we would rather agree that in writing than have you tick a box you are not comfortable with.

4. What you keep

You own your content. This license is non-exclusive, so you remain free to post it anywhere, license it to anyone else, monetize it however you like, and delete it from your own channels at any time. We are not buying your work; we are being allowed to use it.

5. Credit

Where the format reasonably allows it, we credit your handle. Some ad placements do not leave room for that, so we cannot promise it every time.

6. What you promise us

By accepting, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The content is yours to license — you made it, or you have the rights to it, and it does not use music, footage, images, or trademarks you do not have permission to use.
  • Everyone identifiable in it has agreed to appear in advertising, including any other people in frame.
  • Your claims about Vitalis AI are honest, and you will disclose the commercial relationship where the law or the platform requires it — for example #ad or a paid-partnership label. This is an FTC requirement in the United States, not a formality.
  • The content does not defame anyone, invade anyone’s privacy, or break the rules of the platform it is posted on.

7. What we will not do

We will not edit your content in a way that materially changes what you said about the product, put words in your mouth, or present you as endorsing something you did not endorse. If we ever need to change your meaning, we will ask you first.

8. Removal

Although the license is perpetual, we are reachable. If a piece of content becomes a genuine problem for you — a personal-safety concern, a legal issue, or a right you did not realise you were licensing — write to support@govitalisai.com. We will take it seriously and, in most cases, stop running it. This is a commitment to be reasonable, not a contractual right of withdrawal.

9. No employment

Accepting this license does not make you an employee, partner, or agent of Vitalis AI. You are an independent creator, you decide what to make and when, and commissions are governed by the Affiliate Program terms rather than by this page.

10. Changes

If we change this license, the version you accepted at signup continues to govern the content covered up to that point. We will email you before a new version applies to new content.
