Delete your data

You can remove Vitalis AI’s access, and delete the data we hold, at any time. There are three levels, depending on how much you want gone.

1. Disconnect a platform

Sign in, go to Connections, and choose Disconnecton the platform you want to remove. This deletes that platform’s access token immediately and stops all reads and writes to that account.

2. Revoke access from Facebook

You can also cut off our access from Meta’s side, without signing in to Vitalis AI at all. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Vitalis AI, and remove it. Our stored token stops working the moment you do.

3. Delete your account and all data

Email support@govitalisai.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will permanently delete:

• your account and sign-in details;
• every stored access token;
• your business profile, products, and knowledge base;
• uploaded and generated creative assets;
• campaign briefs, agent runs, approvals, and the action log.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. Note that campaigns already created in your own Meta ad account belong to you and stay in your account - deleting your Vitalis AI data does not remove them. You can delete those in Meta Ads Manager.

What we may keep

We may retain billing records where we are legally required to (tax and accounting). These contain no advertising data and no access tokens.
