Vitalis AI is an autonomous marketing team - four AI agents that research a business, generate its ad creative, build complete campaigns, and optimize them daily. Nothing spends without the owner’s one-click approval. Businesses pay $150/month.

You earn 10% of the first payment from everyone who joins through your link - $15 per referral on the monthly plan, $165 on an annual - plus cash milestone bonuses ($250 at 10 paid signups, then $1,000 for every 50). How it works

• You share your link (govitalisai.com/r/your-code) - it’s in your dashboard.
• A business signs up through it - attribution sticks for 30 days from the click.
• Their first subscription payment earns you 10% of it - once, per referral - visible in your dashboard the day it’s paid. A free trial pays nothing until it converts; the commission is on the first real charge.
• Commissions become payable 30 days after that payment (the refund window). Payouts go out monthly at a $50 minimum - we email you to set up your payout method the first time you cross it.
• Milestone bonuses on top: a $250 cash bonus once you hit 10 paid signups, then $1,000 for every 50(at 50, 100, 150, and so on). A referral counts once its first subscription payment clears the 30-day refund window - cumulative, so churn never takes a milestone away, and trials don’t count until they convert. Your dashboard shows a live progress bar.
• Free platform access:when you verify your affiliate account, your full Vitalis workspace is created automatically with the same email and password - full platform, no subscription charge, for as long as you’re an active affiliate. Log in any time at govitalisai.com/login.

Terms

• Commission is a ONE-TIME payment of 10% of a referral’s first subscription charge - it does not recur on their later invoices. It accrues on subscription revenue only, net of refunds and chargebacks.
• Self-referrals, bidding on our brand terms, and spam distribution forfeit earnings.
• You must disclose the affiliate relationship where required (FTC endorsement guides - an #ad or “affiliate link” note is enough).
• Content usage rights:you grant Vitalis AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reuse content you publish about Vitalis (videos, posts, images, and captions) in our marketing - including paid ads, our website, and our social channels - with credit to your handle where practical. You keep full ownership of your content, and the license covers only content that features Vitalis. Want a specific post excluded? Email support@govitalisai.com and we’ll pull it from future placements.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; earned commissions on legitimate referrals are always paid.
